Shipping Within the United States

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders, over a certain purchase amount, for delivery within the continental United States (48 states).

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we provide flat-rate shipping, calculated at checkout for full transparency.

Shipping to Canada

We proudly ship to Canada with a streamlined, premium delivery experience. Complimentary shipping is offered on orders, over a certain purchase amount. See Product Order page for details.

  • Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout based on the best available estimates, helping to minimize surprises at delivery.

  • In some cases, additional customs duties or taxes may be assessed by Canadian authorities upon arrival.

  • Any such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient, as they are determined by local regulations and are outside of our control.

Order Processing

Each order is handled with care and typically ships within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended—but we always aim to move quickly without compromising quality.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Freeform America is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.
